- Eat meal at least three hours before going to bed
- Have a warm bath
- Drink a glass of milk
- Make sure your sleeping environment is comfortable - dark room, comfy bed
- Try to listen to slow music

How to Get a Good Night Sleep
Having a good night sleep is a problem to many people. There are many factors that hinders this and some of those are stress and environment. There are ways though to sleep soundly and here are some I want to share:
